Fitting five days into four – reimagining the working week

There is an increasing trend among employees to deviate away from the traditional Monday to Friday ’9 to 5′ working week, to better balance work and personal commitments.

This is confirmed by the results of a large scale survey, which shows nearly half of all people would prefer to work four 10 hour days in order to enjoy a three day weekend.
