Taxpayers talking toilet – would you pay for this?

Taxpayers in Bunbury, Western Australia have paid $250,000 for a musical toilet that talks to you while you are located within in it. The toilet in question comes under the Royalties for Regions campaign which sees extravagant “tourist attractions” being set up in regional areas.
